Charted like Google Trends — normalized to whatever you've
selected — but there's no Trends API key behind this one. Instead it's
real, measured data: how often each word actually appears
in PubMed's ~14M biomedical abstracts, year by year, from
Kobak et al.
2025. Every line here is a real rate except one — add
“wearing a trenchcoat” and watch it eat the chart. That one's
still fake; there's no PubMed trend for a meme about a screenshot.
